This Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is elegant with fragrant ripe grapefruit and passionfruit characters and a subtle mineral note on the palate.  Layers of gooseberry, rockmelon and green capsicum combine with herbaceous characters to provide an exceptional length and intensity. Grapes for this delicious sauvignon blanc were sourced from different sub-regions in Marlborough and then fermented in stainless steel to retain freshness and zing.

Intense Pinot Noir with a beautiful bouquet of bright red berries, black olive and warm spiced fruit.  Cherry red in colour with purple hues. Elegant in style with flavours of rich plum, spiced cherry and wild thyme. Full bodied and well-structured with silky tannins to create a full round weighty palate. Excellent concentration and length with savoury oak and a lingering, silky finish. Seasoned with a mixture of new and older French oak.

Food Pairing: Perfect to enjoy alongside spring lamb roasted with garlic and rosemary.
