"This is attractively fruited on the nose showing golden peach, apricot, vanilla and cashew characters, leading to a succulent palate that is beautifully rounded and creamy. A stylish and elegant Chardonnay offering plenty of delicious flavours. The nose displaying hints of peach, nectarine and crisp citrus, makes this a very appealing wine. The flavours of clean, ripe stone-fruit, and subtle hazelnut are seamlessly interwoven with a minerality thread that draws out its length.
Gently crafted in stainless steel and seasoned oak while undergoing malolactic fermentation. After this process, the wine was aged for 10 months in French oak and lightly fined. This helped produce a soft creamy palate with plenty of fullness.Drinking well now, and will continue to develop over the next few years.
Food Pairing: Well matched with roast chicken or spaghetti carbonara.
