Clear, bright, light green hues in the glass. Intensely perfumed Mystery Sauvignon Blanc with ripe grapefruit, blackcurrant aromas and subtle flint. Generous and full palate, layered with grapefruit and blackcurrant, this wine is also underpinned with salt and mineral notes, and has a concentrated long finish. Perfect for drinking immediately.
The fruit for this Mystery wine was selected from a vineyard in a sub region of Marlborough. The fruit was carefully monitored throughout maturity and was harvested upon reaching optimum flavour development and ripeness. Transported to the winery with haste and pressed off with minimal skin contact, the resulting juice was cool fermented in stainless steel to retain freshness and aromatics.
Food Pairing: Enjoy it on its own or with steamed mussels and summer salads.
