Lovingly crafted from Misty Cove's Upper Wairau Valley Vineyard. The 2019 has produced, an exciting & enticing aromatic wine with pear drop, apricot blossom, ripe peach, citrus and a hint of Turkish delight. Balanced acidity gives a lush & soft backbone whilst the finish lingers nicely with a touch of natural residual sugar. Quite moreish to share with great mates and tasty food.
The fruit was harvested in the cool of the morning and soaked on skins for 6 hours. Fermented with our unique combination of yeast that produces mouthfeel and texture.
