Description

Bordeaux is one of the world's largest and most famous winemaking regions, producing wines that range from 'everyday drinking' to some of the most luxurious, exotic, and expensive on the planet!

This collection is a classic example of how good the 'everyday drinking' wines from a great Bordeaux vintage can be. Velvety, plummy merlot rich claret that won't break the bank. Critic James Suckling described Bordeaux's 2016 vintage as "exceptional" and the 2017 vintage is an excellent follow up, and with all its luscious, velvety fruit, these Gold winners are outstanding value.

Collection includes:

Chateau Saint Martin has a lovely red colour with purple tints. The nose, expressive and complex, offers red fruit notes and a well-integrated oak touch. On the palate, the attack is fresh, ample, juicy and reveals silky tannins.  This is lovely easy drinking Merlot dominated Bordeaux.
