Aromas of gorgeous black and red cherries and dried thyme on the nose combine with aromatic spices. The palate of this Pinot Noir is warm and smooth, with an explosion of juicy plums and fresh ripe raspberries. These fruit flavours are combined with a balanced acidity, fine structured tannin and a smooth textured finish. Perfect to drink now, or patient cellaring will reward over the next five years.
This wine underwent malolactic fermentation and oak treatment in a mixture of new and older seasoned French oak before being blended, fined and gently prepared for bottling.
Food Pairing: Well matched with a lamb rack, or wild pork ravioli.

First sip beautiful smooth, plenty of flavour on the palate, fragrance on the nose beautiful, 2nd sip beautiful... can't stop sipping this one. .. looking at getting more highly recommended on a wet afternoon after work!
