This McLaren Vale Shiraz has aromas of ripe, dark fruit of plum, blackberry and sweet vanillan oak. The palate is distinctively McLaren Vale, smooth and silky, packed full of luscious fruit.

2017 was another great vintage for McLaren Vale. Not too hot and dry which meant a beautiful concentration of flavours.

Harvested at optimal ripeness and fermented hot and fast on skins to ensure the wine had excellent colour and extraction. Matured using a mixture of French and American oak to add depth and natural sweetness.

Food Pairing: Winemakers suggest pairing the Estate Shiraz with BBQ Ribeye Beef and salad or a classic steak and mushroom pie.
