Intensely aromatic with distinctive notes of Jasmine, gooseberry, pineapple and grapefruit. Crisp acidity is well balanced with fruit sweetness, a full and well rounded palate with a long lingering finish.
Fruit was sourced from 4 different blocks within the winemakers vineyard with 4 different harvest dates to ensure each portion was at optimal ripeness and flavour intensity. Each portion was fermented separately and carefully blended just prior to bottling.
Careful treatment in the vineyard to manage cropping levels and fruit exposure ensured we had healthy fruit with exceptional flavour development.
Optimum drinking now to 2020.
