"A classic sweet wine of the Rhone, the is fabulously fragrant on the nose with golden peach, sweet grape, feijoa and mango notes, followed by an elegantly sweet palate that is juicy and lingering with plenty of delectable fruit flavours. At its best: now to 2021" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Jan 2019

Made from the Muscat grape this delicious dessert wine is pale golden yellow in colour with a bright and intense colour. Powerful, rich and elegant with aromas of candied fruits and flowers. The palate is well balance, long tasting with an aromatic persistence.

Beaumes is a word which originates from Balmes in old French and means " caves ", Venise comes from the name of the rovince , the county of Venaisson (Comptat Venaissin).
The hillsides and the plain are protected from the strong Mistral (North) wind by the contours of the " Dentelles de Montmirail ". They face south and are thus well exposed to sunlight.

The vines of the Muscat blanc grapes for this wine is grown from soil that is composed of soft limestone with sandstone zones and sandy molasses.

Only the ripe grapes are harvested. The harvesting of each plot requires several pickings. The alcoholic fermentation starts slowly. The temperature does not exceed 15°C. When the residual sugar level is reached, a fortification is carried out, that is to say, alcohol is added in order to stop fermentation.

Food Pairing: sorbets, fruit salads, chocolate desserts, fromage blanc, blue cheese.
