2 x The Primrose Path Organic Rosé 2018 (Australia)

Awarded 92/100 Points: Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Feb 2019

Awarded 17/20 Points: Raymond Chan, Nov 2018

"Elegantly fruited and inviting, the wine shows ripe strawberry, apple, nectarine and subtle spice aromas on the nose, leading to a juicy palate that is bright and flavoursome. The wine is elegantly expressed with delicate fruit intensity, backed by fine texture and vibrant acidity, finishing long and attractive. At its best: now to 2020" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Feb 2019

"Bright, pale eye-of-the-partridge pink colour with a little depth, lighter on the rim.  The nose is fresh with firm and elegantly taut aromas of white and yellow stonefruits with hints of thirst-quenching chalky minerals, unfolding a little herbal and floral detail.  This has freshness and intensity.  Medium-dry to taste and medium-bodied, the palate has sweet and luscious fruit flavours of strawberries and minerals, with yellow stonefruits, suggestions of exotic florals and hints of honeysuckle.  The fruit sweetness is balanced and underlined by light phenolic textures lending fine dry grip to the mouthfeel, and fresh acidity provides brightness.  The wine carries to an elegantly concentrated, lingering, mouthwatering finish.  This is a lush and juicy medium-dry roséwith strawberry, floral, stonefruit and mineral flavours on a light, phenolic-textured mouthwatering palate.  Serve as an aperitif and with Asian fare over the next 2 years.  A blend of South Australian Cabernet and Shiraz from the Grigoriou family vineyards in the Monash Valley, vines up to 30 y.o., fermented in stainless-steel to 13.0% alc.  Winemaker: Con-Greig Grigoriou.  Australian certified organic" Raymond Chan, Nov 2018

Food Pairing: A lovely wine to enjoy with food or on its own.

Seal: Screw Cap - Alc: 13%

2 x Il Villaggio Organic Nero D'Avola Rosato Terre Siciliane IGT 2016 (Italy)

Awarded 91/100 Points: Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Mar 2018

"It is generously fruited and expressed on the nose showing ripe strawberry, cranberry, peach and floral notes. The palate delivers charming fruit intensity and rounded mouthfeel, beautifully supported by silky texture and refreshing acidity. The wine offers lovely mid palate weight, finishing lingering and juicy. At its best: now to end of 2018" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Mar 2018

This is a food-lovers wine and has an instant impact of lifted cherry, raspberry, leather and brown spices. The palate is soft yet flavoursome and immediately exotic. Rich in red fruit flavours and laden with savoury spice notes with brisk acidity that drives a very long salivating finish.

Food Pairing: This wine is rich enough for almost any dish yet with the softness and complexity to partner everyday starters including antipasto and cheeses.

Seal: Screw Cap - Alc: 13%

2 x See No Evil Organic Rosé (Australia)

AWARDED 88/100 POINTS: Mike Bennie, The Wine Front, Nov 2017

"Here is a tilt at the ‘natural wine’ segment of the market with certified organic fruit and minimal intervention winemaking, per se. Rose from Monash Valley (Riverland, SA) and is 90% grenache and 10% the unsung ruby cabernet variety... It’s righteous drinking, easy to drink, scents of rose water, candle wax, cranberry. Simple, pleasing. The lightly creamy palate finishes on edgy, refreshing acidity with a pool of pink fruit, ruby grapefruit and light cherry juice lending the wine a joyous and clean feel. No brainer, very well priced organic wine. Great summery thing" Mike Bennie, The Wine Front, Nov 2017

Extremely pale in colour, a very light salmon. The nose is restrained with notes of red fruits, rose pteal and spice. The palate displays a core vibrant red berry and candied fruits, building with layers of complexity to an impresively long and dry finish.

The See, Hear, Speak No Evail Organic wines are sourced from fully certified Organic vineyards and made using minimal additions. The wines are Organic, Vegan friendly and made to EU guidlines for minimal preservatives (les than 30ppm free sulphur. A new benchmark in affordable Organic wines.

The grapes for this wine are a blend of 75% Grenache, 15% Shiraz & 10% Ruby Cabernet.
