Produced from carefully selected vineyards in Marlborough this is a lovely fresh, fragrant and juicy Sauvignon Blanc with a lifted nose of gooseberry and lemon zest.. The palate is crisp and fresh with flavours of grapefruit, freshly cut capsicum and black currant with an elegant mineral note. Fine acidity provides balance and supports a long lingering finish.
Food Pairing: This wine is a perfect accompaniment to fresh, buttery garlic steamed clams. Drink now or within the next two years.
