20 years ago, Vincent Careme established his own domain, allowing us all to enjoy a delicious drop.
All their wines are matured in oak casks, from the hand picked and gently pressed grapes. This wine has experienced 7 months ageing in 400 liter barrels.
Ripe, white fruit, citrus flavours balanced with a racy acidity. A tasteful burst on the palette.
