This is the perfect Sicilian red wine that is incredibly easy to drink. Isola dei Profumi red is a cool blend, made to be enjoyed everyday. A wine that enhances the heat tempered by winds, typical of our area. The grapes are harvested by hand, de-stemmed and macerated in thermoregulated vats at 22/24° C, malolactic fermentation and aging takes place in stainless steel vats.

They feed on the Sicilian sun and the attention given through the hard work in the vineyard. 30ha in the territory that extends between Marsala, Mazara and Salemi. Variable altitude between 100 and 280 m above sea level. Vineyards inherited from their fathers, expressing the typical Sicilian terroir. The cellar represents the fruit of the Alcesti family's dream. It reflects their hospitality, their desire to innovate while respecting the environment.
