Lifted aromas of peach, nectarine and fragrant blossom flowers laced with juniper.  Rich with flavours of apricot, almond and lifted notes of lemon zest. This wine has a full elegant palate and a balanced, long, lingering finish.

These grapes were sourced from a vineyard in the Hawkes Bay. The grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness, pressed off and settled.

Perfect for drinking now or with careful cellaring will continue to develop over the next 3-4 years.

Food Pairing: Well matched with a Caesar salad or creamy pasta.
