Typical Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc aromas of freshly cut capsicum, passion fruit and zesty citrus with black currant notes. The palate is fresh and fruity with delicious flavours of ripe peaches and gooseberry with an elegant salty mineral note. A pleasing herbaceous thread leads to a long lingering finish. Fruit for this wine is harvested from a number of quality Marlborough vineyards and fermented in stainless steel to retain bright, lifted fruit flavours.
Food Pairing: Ideal for drinking now or at its freshest over the next 1-2 years. Enjoy on its own or with freshly caught blue cod and a summer salad.
