"A gorgeous chardonnay (60%) and pinot noir (40%) blend, this is beautifully rich and fragrant on the nose showing brioche, lemon peel, almond and yeasty characters. The palate is generous and flavoursome, while remaining refined and brilliantly structured by bright acidity. The wine offers silky mouthfeel as well as subtle savoury complexity, making it highly attractive" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit

"Bright, full, light golden-yellow colour with some depth.  The bubbles are fine with persistent bead.  This has a full bouquet with soft volume, showing yellow stonefruits indicative of Pinot Noir, with a layering of a complex amalgam of bready yeasty autolysis along with nutty notes and integrated aldehyde elements.  This has good depth and displays a little savoury bottle development.  Dry to taste and medium-full bodied, the palate has rich, up=front flavours of yellow-stonefruits along with ripe, savory apple nuances of nuts.  The mouthfeel is vigorous with positive effervescence and brisk acidity lending freshness and energy, and the palate posses a fine, grainy phenolic line that carries the wine to a lingering finish of stonefruits, nuts and bread.  This is an upfront, vigorous and fruity Champagne with yellow stonefruits, nutty and bready flavours and a lively, grainy palate. A blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir fermented t 12.5% alc., with 10 g/l dosage, the wine aged 3 years on lees" Raymond Chan, Apr 2017

A straw-yellow color, with an assertive attack. Tradition is the perfect name for the classic marriage of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, which are blended here to achieve a cuvée full of roundness. The palate is full, fleshy, harmonious and very expressive.

Marion-Bosser is seriously sublime champagne! The Bossers are a mother and daughter operation and the grandmother also helps out at harvest time.  They only make approx 40,000 bottles of champagne per year so they are really boutique.  All their vines are Premier Cru.  They are based in Hautvillers, the same village as Dom Perignon.
