This Rosé is at once both delicate and expressive at once. Its pale pink colour belies a lush fruited palate of watermelon and strawberry. A most graceful union of flavour and finesse. The result is an elegant wine, fresh to the nose and fine on the palate.

With next to no skin contact, only the free run juice was used for this Rose wine, obtaining a perfect pale pink hue in colour. Clarified before fermentation and kept at cool temperatures, we retained the vibrant fruit characters that are primary in the fruit.

Food pairing: Best enjoyed with a Spanish inspired meal of Paella accompanied by charcuterie and seafood.
