Delicate aromas of mulberry, cassis, mocha and lifted white pepper on the nose. This Australian Shiraz is a pronounced varietal of fruit flavours with casses, cherry and plum with an underlay of coconut and mocha spice.
The Pewter series is the definiation of premium, emoboying the winemakers style ethos; wines that taste as good as they look. Sourced from single regions in Australia's premium wine regions, the Pewter series delivers a consistent and distinctive style.
Fruit characters are ripe with balance alcohol due to our vineyards fortuitous low cropping levels. Post machine harvest and journey to the HUnter Valley winery the fruit was crushed, destemmed and fermented in French and American oack barrels for 12 months to mature and further develop in flavour and aromas.
