Description

Pink blush in the glass. This blend displays a pretty bouquet of light red berry fruit with notes of rhubarb crumble. A touch of sweetness on the palate followed by a crisp lively finish with lingering flavours of raspberry and cream.

Sourced from the Kimball and Home Block vineyards, in the Waipara Valley, with deep fre draining Glasnevin gravels.

Pinot Noir fruit parcels harvested in the cool of the morning, crushed and soaked on skins for 12 hours to develop. Drained juice was then settled and racked before fermentation. Once desired sweetness reached, the ferment was cooled and stopped. Wine was left on lees for several weeks, before being fined using traditional methods.

I bought this to go with Christmas presents so haven't tasted it yet

Rosemary - 01/12/2018

I occasionally like a glass of Rose but it is not my favourite style of wine. This is a pleasant enough drop.

Robyn - 10/02/2019

I
a little non-descript, but good value for the money - just not the best rose I have drunk over christmas
