The 2017 Hatters Hill Sauvignon Blanc is a wine of wonderful concentration, with expressive aromas of blackcurrant, passionfruit skin and a hint of sea salt. The vibrant palate combines guava, passionfruit and nettle, to form a long lustrous finish. The wine is drinking excellently now, and will be best enjoyed over the next two to three years.
