Description
Shiny salmon pink in the glass. Flattering nose with ripe red fruit aromas (redcurrant, raspberry) with floral notes. Crisp and lively on the palate with intense pink grapefruit aromas.
Sourced from the Languedoc Roussillon region situated along the Mediterranean sea in different terroirs that add complexity and richness to the wine. A selection of the vines are located in the coolest areas of the Languedoc region near Limoux, which experience a wide temperature range between cool nights and warm days. Whilst grapes were also sourced from the Gard region where the weather is warmer.
In the winery grapes were de-stalked and crushed before being fermented in stainless steel vats. Micro oxygenation took place before malolactic fermentation to enhance the colour and to supple the tannins.
Food Pairing: Pairs well with grilled meat, salads, spicy and exotic dishes.
