Description
Clear pale straw with light bubbles in the glass, this Mystery sparkler offers intense aromas of passionfruit and blackcurrant. This is a crisp, medium bodied wine bursting with classic varietal flavours of passionfruit and gooseberry with a hint of sparkle.
The majority of fruit was sourced from Rapaura vineyards including this Mystery mainstay and signature blocks. Transported promptly to the winery and pressed without delay to enable minimal skin contact. Cool fermented in stainless steel using selected yeasts. Carbonated post fermentation. Enjoy now and over the next 3 years
Please note this wine is sealed with a crow cap not cork as mystery image suggests.

Good price and nice for a sparkling Sauvignon Blanc. Not too sweet however I prefer a drier Brut. In saying that my hubby and I are making our way through the box at a reasonable speed.
