Light peach/onion skin colour in the glass with a soft nose full with savoury red floral, nectarine, pear and berries and a hint of gunsmoke notes. Dry, this has intense flavours of mineral-infused peaches, pears and white pepper. Bright fruit is balanced with fine, racy acidity and a subtle textural thread.
