This is an elegant & summery Sauvignon Blanc with vibrant aromas of yellow loquats, stonefruits & freshly muddled lime. Delicate suggestions of citrus blossom, straw and wet river stones provide complexity to the bouquet. Strikingly juicy on the palate, the wine has medium weight, light creaminess & a crisp acidity, supported by lengthy flavours of nectarine, lime & chalk.
Food Paiirng: Pairs well with fried fish like goujons, whitebait and fish and chips and with simply grilled chicken or lamb.
