Description
Bright, pale straw on release with a nose of gooseberry, passionfruit and blackcurrant with flinty hints. Refreshing and elegant with a tropical, salty minerality that leads to a lingering finish.
A blend of fruit from two vineyards, one just to the East of Blenheim township and the other just to the West. Machine harvested in the cool of the evening before transporting immediately to the winery for processing. Fermented at low temperatures to retain the freshness of the fruit. Best served 8º-12ºC
