Very dark, deep, black-hued purple-red colour in the glass that is slightly lighter on the rim to offer a youthful appearance. Softly packed aromas of sweet and savoury dark-red berry and plum fruit. These fruit notes entwine with subtle hints of herbs and nutty notes. A light, medium bodied platat offers a continuation of these juicy elements of sweet red berry and ripe plums, which is brightened by lacy acidity. Overall this is a soft and smooth, easily flowing Malbec that leads to a lingering, nuanced finish.

Grapes for this wine were sourced from vineyards in Mendoza's Cuvo, which utilise drip irrigation with water arising from the Andes melting glaciers. The terroir in this region sees sandy loams and rocky subsoil, with very low levels of organic matter. These grapes were hand-harvested and once in the winery destemmed and crushed before undergoing a cold maceration. Then smooth contact with wood and fermentation between 23°C and 26°C for 6 to 8 days and natural malolactic fermentation before stabilization and filtration and bottling.
