Intense red colored wine with some violet hues. Fruity aromas with notes of plums and cherries. In the mouth it is round, with a touch of truffles and vanilla. best driunk at 16°C-18°C.

Located in the high area of Mendoza’s River, in the Province of Mendoza. This wine was harvested via manual processing. Destemming and cold pre maceration then took place, with the use of additional selected yeasts. Fermentation was at 23° C-26°C for 15 days, with subtle contact with oak. Pneumatic pressing and control of natural malolactic fermentation was alos part of the wine making process before sleeping nine months in contact with oak. before stabilization, filtering. and bottling.

Food Pairing: excellent for grilled meats, pasta, seasoned cuisine and semi-hard cheeses like Gouda, Gruyere and Edam

One of the best Mendoza Malbecs I've had in this price range

Great with meat cuts, and gives a real experience of Argentina. Malbec is a sleeping giant of wines in New Zealand.
