Description

"Beautifully fruited and immediately appealing, the bouquet shows dark plum, mixed berry compote, warm spice and floral characters. The palate is succulent and fleshy, displaying lovely fruit weight and intensity, backed by silky texture and polished tannins. An excellent rendition of Cotes du Rhone offering terrific fruit richness and delectable flavours. At its best: now to 2021" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Jul 2018

Garnet red in the glass with red fruit aromas (mainly morello cherry and strawberry) showing on the nose. This wine is well-structured with firm tannins. Aromas are complex of spices
and fruits.

This blend of Grenache and Syrah was grown on vineyards in the Côtes-du-Rhône region from different soils (from 4 neighbouring regions: Drôme, Vaucluse, Gard and Ardèche) such as clay-calcareous alluvial deposit terraces and clay… Providing this wine an incredible richness and complexity.

The grapes are hand-harvested at maturity. The whole grapes are destemmed. A two-week vat time provides a great tannic structure compulsory to its ageing and a good stability. The wine is aged in vats and the blending is performed by the end of spring.

An everyday quaffer that's easy to drink and has a touch of that French classiness about it.
