Garnet red in the glass with red fruit aromas (mainly morello cherry and strawberry) showing on the nose. This wine is well-structured with firm tannins. Aromas are complex of spices
and fruits.

This blend of Grenache and Syrah was grown on vineyards in the Côtes-du-Rhône region from different soils (from 4 neighbouring regions: Drôme, Vaucluse, Gard and Ardèche) such as clay-calcareous alluvial deposit terraces and clay… Providing this wine an incredible richness and complexity.

The grapes are hand-harvested at maturity. The whole grapes are destemmed. A two-week vat time provides a great tannic structure compulsory to its ageing and a good stability. The wine is aged in vats and the blending is performed by the end of spring.
