Showcasing intense youthful fresh ripe berry fruit alongside well integrated vanillian oak. This is a full bodied, densely ripe wine where the berry flavours are balanced with these vanillian oak notes, creating a long, smooth experience. 

2014 saw ideal growing conditions in the premium vineyards selected for this wine, producing wines with high sugar and flavours. Whilst cool nights provided ideal harvesting conditions. Once in the winery the grapes were fermented in a mixture of vessels to produce as much colour and flavour as possible. A portion of the wine underwent oak during fermentation and once dry, the remaining went to oak until the right balance was achieved.

Deep intense red with purple hues, this delicious wine is fresh with lifted ripe dark berry and spicy fruit aromas. Whilst herb notes and some oak offer fantastic balance to the nose. This is a full bodied Shiraz, showing fresh lively black currants, herbs on the following palate, which is again balanced with subdued spicy integrated oak.

Grapes were selected from premium vineyards, which experience ideal growing conditions that produce fruit with superb flavours. in the winery these grapes saw an array of fermentation vessels to produce juice with aewide variety of styles. Once ferment was complete winemaker, John Quarisa, carried out careful tasting and blending to produce a finished product that is rich & great value for money.

This is a belend of 95% Shiraz, 5% Viognier showcases intense youthful fresh ripe berry flavours with spice and pepper fruits with some complexity. This wine is dense with ripe mulberry fruit flavours, balanced by spicy oak and ripe succulent tannins. 

Harvested during March and April of 2014 from carefully selected premium vineyards, where the different grapes were picked at the following sugar levels to produce the fruit flavours that are required to make this great wine blend: Shiraz at 14.0 Baume, providing spice and pepper & the Viognier at 13.0 Baume giving the wine a different dimension and complexity. All of the grapes were picked together and co-fermented (in the same tank) to help integrate all the flavours. A portion of the wine underwent oak until the right balance was achieved. This wine has the flavour, structure and balance to be enjoyed now or will offer added satisfaction after further cellaring.
