Description

A deep purple colour with garnet red tints in the glass, the bouquet is on first impressions spicy and balsamic and then develops blackcurrant, humidor and violet flower aromas, finishing on toasted oak notes. This wine is full bodied but mellow with velvety tannins. Ripe with floral flavours on the middle palate and liquorice and spicy flavours on the long finish. Simply put this litle frog is carefree, hearty and ready to be enjoyed, so get quaffing!

Created by Jean-Claude Mas, Arrogant Frog shows the humble winemaker that with creativity, know-how and a sense of humour you can make Southern Franch wines shine around the world and give pure pleasure, at a reasonable price! Since 2005 Arrogant Frog has represented Southern France's 'Art de Vivre', mocking the French self-confidence with a nice frog, who a little bit dandy. Today selling in more than 40 countries.

Harvested from 32 and 49 years old vines growing in limestone with gravels for one part, clay and chalk with schist for the second part, silicon and clayed chalky soils for the last part.
