Description
"It is immediately appealing on the nose showing fresh pear, mango, fig and floral characters with a touch of spicy complexity. The palate is succulent and beautifully rounded, offering delightful fruit intensity and smooth texture, finishing long and juicy" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit
"The nose is fresh with full aromas of white stone fruit, acacia florals and nuances of honeysuckle with mineral suggestions. Off-dry to taste and medium-bodied, the palate has elegantly concentrated and up-front white stone fruit, white floral and honeyed flavours. This has good aromatic presence, and the wine flows with good vibrancy and energy along a fine-featured line, leading to a light, gently sweet finish. This is a moderately rich, up-front medium-dry Pinot Gris on a refreshing and lively palate. Serve as an aperitif and with Asian fare over the next 3 years" Raymond Chan
Pale straw yellow with light green hues in the glass whilst the bouquet shows gentle alpine floral notes with aromatic pear and honeysuckle. Off dry to dry style with a succulent and rounded palate. Luscious pear, apple and mango notes with a rich texture and mouth feel, finishing clean and dry. (Residual Sugar 8.9 g/l)
