All wine on blackmarket.co.nz carries a full money back guarantee by the associated winery/distributor.
If you are not completely satisfied with the product, simply contact blackmarket.co.nz at who will advise the associated winery/distributor who will pick up the 11 remaining unopened bottles (or five remaining bottles if your purchase was a six pack).
The full case purchase price will then be refunded.
This must be done within 30 days of the purchase date.

Wines - Corked Wines
Corked wines will be refunded by the associated winery with a replacement bottle of the same wine.
You must retain the sample / samples of the corked wine for the wineries assessment to receive a replacement bottle / bottles.
Coffee - Money back guarantee
All coffee on blackmarket.co.nz carries a full money back guarantee from the associated producer.
If you are not completely satisfied with the product, simply contact blackmarket.co.nz at who will advise coffee producer who will pick up the remaining coffee within one week of contact.
The full purchase price will then be refunded.
This must be done within 30 days of the purchase date.
