"beautifully ripe, rich and rounded"
DOUBLE GOLD: San Francisco Int’l Wine Competition 2010
5 STARS: Michael Cooper, Michael Cooper’s Buyer’s Guide to New ZealandWines 2010
Grown at Parkburn, in the Cromwell Basin, the 2008 vintage is very polished and refined. Barrel-aged for a year, it is fullcoloured and concentrated, with cherry, plum and nut flavours, beautifully ripe, rich and rounded. It’s a skilfully crafted wine, with lovely mouthfeel. - Michael Cooper, Michael Cooper’s Buyer’s Guide to New Zealand Wines 2010
