For example, they have fashioned a sumptuous 2009 Cotes du Rhone from a blend of 85% Grenache and 15% Syrah aged in cement tanks and bottled unfined and unfiltered. It is a natural, pure wine with lots of sweet strawberry and black cherry fruit intermixed with hints of licorice and lavender.
