Ruby red and clear in colour

Ruby red and clear in colour. The dominant bouquet is of cherry and fresh red fruits mingled by peppery notes. On the palate the wine is well balanced, ripe and lively with soft and round tannins lingering through the finish. Delicious with all starters, pastas and meat dishes.

85% Sangiovese, 10% Merlot, 5% Other Red Grapes

The wine is fermented to dry in an average of 8 days. A small part of the mass spend a little period in new and aged French oaks for 6 months in order to add complexity to the wine. All the mass undergoes malo-lactic fermentation.

"The Medici Lambrusco colour is intense ruby red. The bouquet is fruity and persistent with violet scent leading to sweet, fruity, fresh, lively and pleasantly harmonious. The froth is fine and rich when poured. Suitable to accompany fruits, desserts and pizza."

Medici Lambrusco DOC Reggiano Secco is a pretty ruby color, with a light sparkle; the bouquet is vinous with some berry fruit laced with violets. On the palate it's moderately full, not tannic, and has a nice touch of sweetness that melds well with an impressive fruitiness. The finish is moderately persistent, and quite clean, with some fruit.
