Lifted aromas of passionfruit, grapefruit, lime and a touch of fresh green herbs. A crisp, refreshing palate bursting with passionfruit, gooseberry and citrus. A herbaceous thread leads onto a mouth-watering finish.
The Mt Olympus Sauvignon Blanc is made from grapes grown in in the Rapaura, Lower Wairau and Brancott Valleys of Marlborough. Grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness and cool fermented to retain fresh fruit characters and zing.
Perfect for drinking immediately this wine is at its best over the next 1-2 years. Delicious matched with green-lipped Marlborough mussels, fresh fish, pasta and summer salads.
Mt Olympus overlooks the clean green valley and the flourishing vineyards of Marlborough.
