An easy drinking Rosé made from a combination of Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir grape varieties. The wine is fruit driven with strawberries, stone fruit and citrus on the palate. Well balanced acidity leads to a refreshing and clean finish. The wine works well on its own on a warm summer day or alongside foods such as salmon or grilled fish. Drink now to 2017
