Made from a blend of Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir. To extract the delicate flavour, aroma and colour the fruit spent just a few hours on skins and was then carefully pressed. Fermented in 100 per cent stainless steel so as to retain fruit freshness and flavour, then prepared for bottling. Mouth watering strawberry, fresh raspberry and cherries waft from the glass. These fruit flavours follow through to the palate balanced by fresh acidity, a creamy texture and elegant finish. Delicious slightly chilled on a hot summers day with fruit salad and cream. Alternatively serve as an aperitif or with soft cheese.
