Crafted to be naturally lower in alcohol and in a medium sweet style, this ITI Riesling has a lifted nose alive with floral aromatics like apple blossom and honeysuckle. On the palate there‚s a lovely balance between juicy sweetness and crisp apply acidity and though the wine is light in both body and alcohol, it packs in plenty of flavour with juicy apple, mandarin and delicate blossoms. This refreshing wine would be ideal with lunch or as an aperitif. Winemakers Notes
