This site is sheltered from the south resulting in a very warm mesoclimate. Special attention to vine balance in this block allows grapes to reach full potential. Careful yield
manipulation, water monitoring and balanced nutrition are key when managing this vineyard. The fruit is then handpicked in the morning to ensure it arrives at the winery cool and in pristine condition.
