Sourced from a variety of sites throughout the Marlborough region this Riesling is light bodied with citrus and mineral notes on the palate. Limes, grapefruit and mandarin combined with a touch of honeysuckle excite the taste buds. Well balanced acidity ensure a pleasing lingering finish and easy drinking style.
This Riesling is delicious for drinking now or may cellar well for two to three years.
An ideal partner for lightly spiced Thai or Chinese cuisine, seafood dishes with crabmeat or creamy seafood chowder.
