WINEMAKERS NOTES: The aroma is typified by stone-fruit, peaches and apricots. There are hints of melon with creamy and nutty nuances. Clean, with good intensity and persistence. The palate is fresh and lively. The fruit flavours of the aroma deliver with some intensity. Once again the peaches and cream feature with a slightly toasted nut finish. This wine has good length and a smooth satisfying finish.
VINIFICATION: Gently pressed and cold settled to clarify juice prior to cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks. This wine has a small percentage of Malolactic Fermentation to soften and fill the palate.
