Sourced from several carefully selected sites within the Marlborough region, this wine is light bodied with distinct characters of grapefruit and lime on the palate. Mandarin and a touch of honeysuckle add complexity along with a subtle mineral note. Great acidity provides excellent balance and a long lingering finish.

This wine is drinking well now and will also be enjoyed over the next two to three years.

A perfect accompaniment to lightly spiced Thai cuisine.
