Chinotto is produced from the juice of the Chinotto
A small bitter citrus fruit from the Chinotto tree, and herb extracts combined with sparkling mineral water. The Chinotto is an essential flavour component of most Italian bitter digestifs, and of the popular Campari liqueur.
One of its unique attributes is that it tastes bitter and sweet at the same time.
Serve Chilled or over ice.
