Whilst the style is essentially fruit-driven, Thomas Hyland Cabernet Sauvignon shows the classic varietal elements of ripe blackcurrant/cedar aromas and fine-grained tannins.
The nose shows sappy, varietal berried fruits with hints of nutmeg, background oak. The wine captures plum, mocha coffee and vanillin flavours.
