Olivado Macadamia Oil is made from the king of nuts. It is has a unique a unique and delicate taste, almost sweet, and like Avocado Oil has a very high level of mono-unsaturates, contributing to a nutritious and balanced diet.

This golden coloured oil is ideal as a salad dressing and great for frying, roasting and cooking a variety of meats, fish, chicken and vegetables. It can also be used in baking and is especially good in pastries and for toasting muesli.
