Whilst avocado oil has a higher smoke point than other good oils, such as olive oil, the high quality process used by Olivado ensures that our products has the highest smoke point of all avocado oils, of around 255ºC, meaning it can be used in quite high heat cooking.it's Asian, Mexican, European or a simple New Zealand dish.
